Hatha style yoga practice influenced by Iyengar with focus on safety, alignment, strength and mobility. My classes/workshops start with basic poses to build awareness of core and progress to more complex poses to build strength and endurance. Classes/workshops incorporate education of integrative functional anatomy, pain science and yoga philosophy. I offer videos and online course: "Yoga for a Better Back" using this same format. I believe that Mindfulness and Understanding can build Compassion and ultimately Health. My mission is to "Empower People to take Control of their own Health".
