Megan uses outdoor yoga to help people with mental health and chronic diseases and pain. She introduces natural elements into her teaching to connect students to nature and help them heal from any mental or physical disease.

Megan is a certified (200 RYT) yoga teacher trained in the Ashtanga/Vinyasa style. Megan prefers to do yoga outdoors and focuses on sequences that are influenced by the natural elements. Megan is based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, but she travels throughout the U.S. visiting parks and filming yoga videos.
