Lisa has been teaching classes for the Mind & Body since 2008, and has well over 1600 hours of hands-on teaching experience. She has explored and trained in varying styles of Yoga, but prefers not to identify her teaching with any one style. If she had to label it, it would be Wellness Yoga.
Lisa currently offers Private/Semi-Private sessions, Workshops and Group classes in; Yoga Fundamentals, Classical Yoga, Intro to Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Power Flow, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Pilates-Yoga fusion. Pranayama and Meditation are also offered separately or integrated for your complete yoga practice.
Hatha, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Vinyasa Flow
Lisa Matta is an E-RYT, both 200 hour and 500 hour certifications, with over 1600 hours of teaching credits.
