I am a certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT. My approach to teaching is one that empowers students to heal themselves. Yoga is a highly therapeutic practice and I want students to have the tools to help themselves to live fully and freely. Yoga has helped me to maintain physical, mental, and emotional balance for over 25 years, and as a yoga teacher for over 15 years, that is my wish for my students as well.
