In Balance Health Yoga
Renée is a Hatha Yoga Instructor, Kinesiologist, and Certified Yoga Therapist. She is the owner and primary instructor at her studio In Balance Health Yoga. Having worked with individuals with physical injury and illness for the past 20 years she has come to realize that in order to truly serve people in their journey towards health and healing, the whole person needs to be considered. When people are unwell, their whole being is affected–body, mind, & spirit. Her yoga therapy, yoga classes, and blog writing reflect this integrated model of health.
Renee offers a variety of classes and yoga therapy sessions which blend traditional hatha yoga practices with mindfulness, meditation, and her knowledge of anatomy and physiology to promote wellness in body & mind.
Renee’s intention is to provide a warm, safe and attentive environment at her studio, and to allow her students to grow in their understanding of the nature of the poses within their own body and discover their own inner strength & wisdom in health and healing.
