Yasmin Lambat is a Somatic Mindfulness coach and Somatic movement therapist/educator registered with www.ISMETA.org. For the past 21 years she has been helping people improve their physical and emotional wellbeing whether it was at the start of her career as a personal trainer or later as a Somatic Movement Therapist. Her fascination with the mind/body connection led to her study of neuropsychology and psychophysiology and an integrated approach to healing.
