Richard C. Miller, PhD is a clinical psychologist, author, researcher, yogic scholar and spiritual teacher, whose teachings integrate the wisdom of Eastern and Western spirituality, psychology and philosophy. Richard is president of the Integrative Restoration Institute, co-founder of the International Association of Yoga Therapy, past president of the Institute for Spirituality and Psychology and a senior advisor to the Baumann Foundation.

Richard serves as a research consultant studying the efficacy of the Integrative Restoration – iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation protocol he’s developed for health, healing, well-being, and awakening with populations including military, students, and the homeless, with issues including sleep, PTSD, TBI, pain, chemical dependency, and well-being. His methods of yoga for PTSD are particularly renowned.
