One of the keys to healthy aging is to retain core integrity and balance to keep us effortlessly mobile even as we get older and prevent falls and fractures. In this practice, Baxter introduces the first steps to increase core strength in a balanced way to preserve the integrity of the core. We start with Mountain Pose and slowly move into a reclining Vinyasa of core strengthening poses, gradually progressing to more standing poses that facilitate integrated core engagement.
