To be a Warrior means to be authentic in everything we do in life. The Warrior of the Heart practice helps us to balance our ability to give and receive love, in turn affecting our relationships with other human beings and with ourselves. This is a gentle flow focusing on opening the chest cavity and relaxing the shoulders, intercostal and diaphragm muscles. It is tied to the philosophy of Satya: truthfulness.
