Quiet Mind - A Calming, Soothing Practice

In this calming and soothing practice, we start with a series of gentle postures to settle the nervous system. We then move into a section with Pranayama practice to calm the mind, with an emphasisis on alternate nostril breathing. This prepares us for a 10-minute segment with the ISHTA Diksha approach to meditation, before we come back out into a few closing postures. You will leave feeling refreshed and nourished.
