In this 20-minute practice, we work through the basic format of Surya Namaskar, incorporating modifications for those still building strength and flexibility to practice a full Surya Namaskar. We specifically work on modifying Chaturanga and Upward Facing Dog - these modifications, while helpful as a stepping stone to grow your practice, can also be a sustainable practice in and of itself.
