Release Tight Shoulders, Improve Posture

For most people, the shoulders are a very tight and sometimes painful part of the body. In this class we will work on moving from Dukha, suffering, to Sukha, happiness, in the shoulders by stretching the front chest and side body and strengthening the upper back. We will also work on twists, which when done correctly rotate the thoracic spine (upper back), making breathing easier and the posture more aligned.
