Lengthen+Strengthen Your Thighs & Hips

This class focuses on both lengthening and strengthening the muscles around the hips. We’ll address actions that help to isolate the leg from the hip in order to more effectively address each area independently. Most of us spend a lot of time sitting in chairs and/or cars. This class will give you tools and poses to effectively counter any tightness you may chronically feel in these areas.
