Renew and revitalize with this heat building practice that will clear out any stagnant energy and bring ease and openness to the body. Linking the breath and movement of the vinyasa, we’ll move the spine in all directions, twisting, opening and folding, ending the practice with a short meditation. By vigorously moving the body, this practice will clear out blockages and leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized.
